Virtual Competence: Successful Communication, Collaboration and Relationships

In this virtual interactive session, participants will discover how to communicate and collaborate using technical tools.  New research indicates managers need to pay attention to virtual competence for successful team communications. 

Virtual competence (VC) involves effective use of communication (C) and collaboration (C) tools to develop confidence (C) and improve relationships (R). 

Virtual competence impacts coworkers communicating across cubicles or continents to not only complete tasks but establish trust and accountability in the workplace.  Individuals who demonstrate confidence and competence within virtual environments have a positive correlation with job satisfaction and job performance.
